Shipping

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Please note that personalised items require longer processing time. If your order contains both personalised and non-personalised items, we may split the shipment, and the non-personalised items will be delivered first. We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹449 within India. However, international orders and return shipments are not eligible for free shipping.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, Email, and SMS. In case you have ordered personalised jewellery or gold items along with other products, the order may arrive in multiple parts.


Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, applicable only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do NOT accept returns for any reason other than damage/defect/wrong item. This policy applies to all products except personalised jewellery, perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, and God idols, which are eligible for return only if defective.

A 360° unboxing video is mandatory for all return and replacement requests. The video must clearly show the sealed package, the entire unboxing process, and the issue with the product. Without a proper unboxing video, the return or replacement request will not be accepted.

Additionally, the product tag must be intact and attached at the time of return. If the tag is missing, cut, or removed, the return will be rejected. Items must be returned in the exact same condition as delivered — unused, unworn, unaltered, and with original packaging.

If multiple items were claimed to be returned but the pickup contains fewer items, the company reserves the right to deduct the full MRP of the missing items from the refund. This also applies to free gifts, promotional products, and silver coins.


Refunds

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection. Refunds will be processed strictly at the purchase price mentioned in the original invoice. Any shipping charges paid during purchase are non-refundable. Price fluctuations after purchase will not affect refund value.


Replacement & Exchange

You may request a replacement if the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, subject to the same conditions as returns. Replacements are shipped only after the original product is picked up and approved, especially in the case of gold items. Replacement eligibility requires a valid 360° unboxing video.


Return Process

You can initiate a return request through our website or customer support team. After scheduling a return, please ensure you are available for the reverse pickup and respond to calls from the delivery partner. If the pickup fails due to non-availability or unanswered calls, the return will need to be re-initiated, which may delay the process.

Most pin codes support both forward and reverse shipping. However, in rare cases where reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to return the product via India Post or another courier. We will reimburse shipping charges up to ₹70 only. If the return costs exceed this amount, the additional charges will be deducted from your refund.


Empty Parcel / Missing Product Claims

If you receive an empty parcel or missing item, you must contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery. A 360° unboxing video of the parcel is required to process the claim. Claims with insufficient evidence, unclear video, or signs of tampering may not be accepted. The brand reserves full rights to approve or reject such cases based on the evidence provided.
